Dr. Adalberto Gonzalez, MD

MD, Cardiothoracic – Vascular Surgeon

A native of Tucson Arizona, he graduated from Tucson High School. Dr. Gonzalez has practiced adult cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery in the Greater Phoenix area for the past 31 years. He completed postgraduate training in thoracic surgery at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. He is the past chairman of cardiovascular surgery at Scottsdale Healthcare Shea and recently was appointed assistant clinical professor of surgery at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix.

Dr. Gonzalez has a wealth of experience in the surgical treatment of disorders of the heart, lungs, arteries, and veins. He now specializes in minimally invasive, state-of-the-art treatment of all venous disorders of the legs.
As of April 2018, Dr. Sharma and the staff at Arizona Vein & Laser Institute proudly welcome Dr. Gonzalez to the Medial Team. Dr. Gonzalez will be practicing Vein & Vascular Treatments at our Surprise, Glendale and Chandler locations.
